1. These terms and conditions constitute the terms of entry for the Promotion.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.

Promotion period

  4. The Promotion commences at 5:00pm AEST on 9 June 2026 and ends at 12:00pm AEST on 23 June 2026. (Promotion Period).

Eligibility to enter

   5. To enter, an entrant must:

1. be over the age of 18 and a resident of Australia;
2. follow @a2海外; and
3. not be a director, officer, member of management, employee, or the immediate family of a director, officer, member of management or employee, of the Promoter or the Promoter’s Related Bodies Corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)), or the Promoter and/or its Related Bodies Corporates’ retailer, supplier, or agency associated with this Promotion,

(each an Eligible Participant).

How to win

   6. An Eligible Participant must, during the Participation Period:

1. like the relevant post on LittleRedBook posted by @a2海外 in relation to this Promotion (Promotion Post);
2. collect the Promotion Post; and
3. comment on the Promotion post,
   to join the lucky draw (Lucky Draw) facilitated by the 我们爱抽奖 mini program (Lucky Draw Mini Program and each a Lucky Draw Participant).

   7. On 23 June 2026 at or around 12:00pm AEST, the Lucky Draw Mini Program will randomly pick 10 Lucky Draw Participants to each win a Prize (each a Winner).

Lucky Draw Prizes

   8. The Lucky Draw prize pool consists of the following prizes (each a Prize):

Prize delivery and substitution

   9. On 23 June 2026 at or around 1:00pm AEST, we will publish the results of the Lucky Draw from the Lucky Draw Mini Program on the a2™ Overseas account on Little Red Book (Official Account).

   10. The Official Account will promptly contact each Winner to confirm delivery details where relevant and will post the Prize (where relevant) within 30 days of the time and date contained in clause Error! Reference source not found. above.

   11. If a Winner chooses not to take their Prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim their Prize, or does not provide their Australian postal address (PO boxes are not accepted) within 2 weeks of being contacted as per clause 10 above, they forfeit their Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute their Prize.

Publicity

   13. The Winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

General conditions

   14. All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

   15. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the identity of an Eligible Entrant and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

   16. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

   17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Official Account may exercise this right on behalf of the Promoter. If an individual has been disqualified under this clause 1717, then they will be required to return or otherwise make restitution of any Prize which they have received.

   18. Lucky Draw Participants have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, except for the obligation to award a Prize (if applicable), whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation:

1. any breach by the Eligible Entrant of these terms and conditions;
2. entry into, or participation in, this Promotion, or acceptance or use of a Prize;
3. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
4. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
5. any variation in market value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
6. any tax implications; or
7. use of any Prizes.

   19. We may in our absolute discretion, but subject to state and territory laws, modify, suspend, cancel, recommence or extend the Promotion if:

1. for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical, hardware or software failures or interferences, or changes to third party sites or platforms, which affect the administration, operation, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion; or
2. if there has been some delay in commencing the Promotion.

   20. These terms are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
